Mindfulness Toolbox

Meditation offers a great selection of tools for formal and informal practice. My goal is to find whatever works for you to incorporate meditation in your daily life to support your unique situation.

The meditation coaching  is designed to help you cultivate their key attention skills - concentration, sensory clarity and equanimity. I offer personalized guidance, tailored sessions, and practical techniques to enhance your meditation practice, whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your experience. 

As an outdoor enthusiast, I love exploring mindfulness in nature and finding ways to integrate it seamlessly into daily life—making mindfulness both accessible and transformative.

I have personal experience navigating health challenges and I am happy to support others in using mindfulness for pain management and overall well-being.

Within the "Toolbox" you may also discover the power of Pranayama in accelerating your meditation experience and a unique blending of IFS (Internal Family systems) and SE (Somatic Experiencing) elements to enhance your practice. Also, we offer special programs on Mindfulness with Pets, Mindfulness in Nature, and Breathwork.

I am excited to help you create healthy habits that focus on sleep, diet, nutrition, and mindful movement. Plus, I’ll equip you with awesome stress reduction techniques to seamlessly integrate into your daily life for a vibrant and balanced lifestyle. I have personal experience navigating health challenges including mold and toxicity  and I am happy to support others in understanding their journey, establishing healthy routine and  using mindfulness tools for pain management and overall well-being.
